Tony Kircher, Director
Tony is President of Nomad International Inc., a consulting firm engaged in
sales and marketing management in international markets. Prior to founding
Nomad, Tony spent 10 years as the Director of International Market Development
for Fellowes Inc., and 5 years as Export Manager for a division of Watlow
Electric.
Tony's experience includes managing start-up subsidiaries in Japan, South Korea,
Singapore and Malaysia, as well as developing and leading sales and distribution
networks throughout Asia, Africa and the Middle East. With Nomad Tony continues
to lead product development projects and develop new market entry strategy for
his clients.
Tony spent several years living in both Japan and Singapore. He holds an MA in
International Affairs from Washington University, a BA in Music from St.Louis
University and a Certificate of Asian Studies from Nanzan University of Nagoya,
Japan.
In 2000, he was appointed to the Illinois District Export Council (DEC) by the
US Secretary of Commerce.
Tony serves on several public and private sector advisory boards, is a frequent
lecturer on topics related to international sales and marketing and continues to
work as a professional musician in his free time.
