Miklós Martin-Kovács, Liaison Director
Trade & Investment Commissioner, Hungarian Consulate Chicago; prior to that, Bureau Chief ITDH Chicago Office. ITDH is the Hungarian Government's Investment and Trade Development Agency, which is the information and consultation center for foreign investments in Hungary.
Mr. Martin-Kovács graduated from the Budapest University of Economics and during his career he held several corporate management positions and has a strong background in broadcast journalism, as well.
Among other positions he was founding architect, Editor in Chief and Anchor for the first Hungarian Business Radio Network; Managing Editor in Chief, Hungarian Public Radio; New York Correspondent & Bureau Chief, Hungarian Public Radio; Vice President PSINet Hungary, the second largest national ISP; founding CEO, Member of the Board, WEBIGEN Inc., a major Hungarian ASP, E-business and portal technology development company; Member of the Board, Infostart Inc., the new media arm of the first privately held Hungarian news radio, Inforadio.
