Lisa Victoria Waller is Vice President and co-owner of BDG International, Inc. located in Elgin (Chicago) Illinois. BDG International, Inc. (BDG) has been in business since 1983 and is an international freight forwarder, U.S. Customs Broker and Letter of Credit Specialist. BDG is a proud recipient of the President’s “E” Awards for Excellence in Exporting in 2013. In February 2016, Lisa was appointed to the Illinois District Export Council (DEC).
In 2007, Lisa and her partners opened an office in New Delhi, India. BDG International (India) Pvt Ltd has been successful from the beginning and has offered the ability to learn about foreign investment and its challenges first hand.
Lisa is a Licensed Customs Broker, has a BS in International Business from Illinois State University. Lisa has travelled professionally throughout the world and has been to India several times. Practical experience in international trade has provided Lisa insight into how importers & exporters can improve their global processes.
With dedicated international trade experience since 1993, Lisa speaks around the country educating importers & exporters how to streamline their logistics operations, implement corporate compliance processes, understand international documentation, and most importantly how to make export & import easier within a global environment.
