In this era of high-risk importing, people are working harder than ever to mitigate tariff impacts. This has led to the use and abuse of Incoterms® to an extent not previously seen. This workshop will be a forum to learn both the legal impact of Incoterms® and the extent to which Incoterms® can implicate or insulate a company from Customs liability.
