Ginta R. Rubin is President of CITCA (Chicago International Trade Commissioners’ Association) and founder of INI Today International Consulting Firm, which specializes in Manufacturing, eMobility, and New Technologies industries. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College focusing on International Business Strategies.
Ms. Rubin takes pride in leading businesses to set obtainable results and to achieve their goals. She has a sharp eye for untapped possibilities, upcoming trends and provides straight feedback when needed.
Ms. Rubin is a proud mother of two talented boys, who remind her of the importance of investing in our future leaders.
Ms. Rubin was born in Lithuania and was an international exchange student in the United States in 1998. She is fluent in both Lithuanian and English and has a conversational understanding of Russian, Polish, and German.
